Ingredients

1piece salmon fillet

1 teaspoon olive oil

pinch garlic powder

pinch onion powder

pinch iodised salt

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon basil, chopped
Method

Mix seasoning ingredients together
Rub salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning
Grill salmon (either on BBQ, griddle plate) for about 5 minutes per side (depending on thickness). The salmon is done with it flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with steamed green beans, carrots and broccoliTip: add kipfler potatoes or mash as a side for extra energy (depending on what you have eaten throughout the rest of the day).
