Ingredients

1 cup fresh baby spinach (packed tightly)

1 cup of water or coconut water

½ cup pineapple

½ cup mango

1 banana

*Use frozen peeled fruit to chill the smoothie and save prep time
Method

Add spinach and water to blender. Blend together until smooth (should look like green water)
Add pineapple, mango and banana to blender. Blend until smooth and creamy (30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on blender)
Pour into glass and serve immediately
Tip: it’ s best to drink any smoothie or juice within 30 minutes of blending/juicing in order to retain as many vitamins and minerals as possible as they start to deplete as soon as they are blended and exposed to oxygen.
